Project Description:
The scope of the project consists of the resurfacing of Laurie Drive from Johnson Avenue to Roberts Road approximately 2,200 linear feet. The improvements include milling and paving of the roadway, various traffic improvements, spot repair of curbing, resetting of castings, installation of traffic stripes and marking and other incidental roadway items.

The project is in design phase and the final plans were just sent to NJDOT

Project Description:
The scope of the project consists of reconstruction of last portion of Floyd Street with a total linear length of approximately 1,150 Ft. The improvements include milling and paving of the roadway, reconstruction of the handicap ramps according to the ADA standards and installation of detectable warning surfaces, spot repair of curbing, resetting of castings, installation of traffic stripes and marking and other incidental roadway items. Pre-construction meeting was held on 04/28/2026. D & L is scheduled to start work by the mid of July after the summer break starts, with paving to be done soon after.
Project Description:
The scope of the project consists of first phase of Borough-wide Sanitary Sewer Improvements to address the Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) issues. The targeted area is on Hudson Terrace between Kahn Terrace and Sherwood Avenue. There will be two 10 ft areas of point lining and one manhole to manhole lining 237 ft long.

The scope of the project consists of construction of a new roadway on unimproved 5th street from border of the borough to the dead end behind 10 Bayview Avenue. Preliminary design and initial utility investigation is in progress.
