Project Description:
The scope of the project consists of resurfacing of all Roads in the 2025 Road Resurfacing Program final list with a total linear length of around 2 miles. The improvements include milling and paving of the roadway, reconstruction of the handicap ramps according to the ADA standards and installation of detectable warning surfaces, resetting of castings, installation of traffic stripes and marking and other incidental roadway items.

Project Description:
The scope of the project consists of resurfacing of all Roads in the 2024 Road Resurfacing Program final list with a total linear length of over 3 miles. The improvements include milling and paving of the roadway, reconstruction of the handicap ramps according to the ADA standards and installation of detectable warning surfaces, resetting of castings, installation of traffic stripes and marking and other incidental roadway items. The scope includes full depth reconstruction of Hemlock Drive North including new drainage and tie-in to the town drainage system.

Project Description: The scope of the project consists of development of engineering plans and related construction management and inspection services for Construction of Brooks Park restroom. The new Restrooms will be brand new prefab 9 Feet 4 inches by 20 Feet structure exactly like the one installed in Phelps Park, with 3 restrooms, one for each gender, one for family and a storage area, utilities and other incidental items.

Project Description:
The scope of the project consists of 2 main amenities as described below.
Replacement of Children Playground: Removal of existing Playground equipment, install new playground equipment, new playground surface and installation of other site amenities for two separate play areas. One for 2-5 years old and another for 5-12 years old children.
New Restroom: Installation of a new prefab restroom structure, Construction of concrete pad, and all relevant plumbing, electrical and drainage.
General site improvements such as access walkways, landscaping, asphalt surfacing, site restoration, grading and drainage and other incidental items are also included in the scope.

Sagamore Park Improvement Plan
Project Description:
The scope of the project consists of structural inspection of the pedestrian bridge over Palisade Avenue, Windsor Road and CSX Railroad. The project also include design and construction of prioirty repairs. The pedestrian bridge structure consists of a five span, simply supported through-girder bridge supporting a 7’-3” wide, 6” thick concrete deck, transverse floorbeams span between the main steel girders. The bridge servers as a connection bewteen Windsor Road and Palisades Avenue, crossing over three railroad tracks used by CSX transportation railroad.

The scope of work involves the design and construction management of a 90 ft. synthetic turf multipurpose field. The field could be used for baseball, softball, football, full size soccer or two U9 soccer fields through multi-striping.

Project Description:
The scope of work includes the design, Geotech testing management, and construction management for the installation of 9 bioswale to improve stormwater management, enhance water quality, and promote ecological benefits. The bioswale will be designed to capture runoff, filter pollutants, and allow water infiltration into the soil.
